Is anyone else going thru a weight-loss journey?! I started mine in December and have been doing pretty good so far! I am using MyFitnessPal.com
and doing Zumba 5-6 days a week! If you haven’t tried Zumba before I highly recommend it! I also love MyFitnessPal for its calorie and exercise tracking! It also helps me set goals and keep myself motivated!
