Our Visit to Stone Mountain, Georgia

So this past weekend we visited Stone Mountain State Park in North Georgia, this was our second visit but the first time it was freezing cold and snowing so we didn’t get to do a whole lot. This time though was a whole different story! We had a BLAST!

We started our day by checking out the kids ropes course, my son LOVED it!

They had a whole ropes obstacle course set up for kids, it was amazing and I really wanted to try it. They did have a ropes course for anyone over 44 inches tall but I was not even going to try a ropes course that ended with me 4 stories high in a harness :) My sons favorite part was the zipline at the end!

Arbonne FC5 Shampoo and Conditioner Review

I was lucky enough to get a full size shampoo and conditioner to review from Twyla Tracey, Independent Arbonne Consultant.

Arbonne FC5 Shampoo and Conditioner

I was skeptical about the shampoo and conditioner, because I couldn’t imagine it being as good as salon formulations, but it is better! It is free from chemicals such as sodium laurel sulfate, but it still foams up like crazy, when a lot of other natural shampoos don’t. It’s also super concentrated, so you don’t need to use a lot, and a good price – cheaper than the salon for sure. I have colour-treated hair and it doesn’t take the colour out, either. And it smells fantastic. My hair feels fantastic and is still managable.  I used in the past salon products and immediately changed after using the FC5 shampoo & conditioner.  Love it!

I would like to send out a huge THANK YOU to Twyla Tracey :) If you would like to try to this shampoo and conditioner yourself be sure to get it from Twyla, she takes great care of her customers and has a super fast reponse time to any questions or concerns!

Baby Bond Review/Giveaway-Ends 8/20

This product has saved my nursing relationship with my daughter! I needed to be able to breastfeed in public, but was always too shy
but the BabyBond allowed me to nurse and still remain covered.  I had seen and even purchased a few other
covers but they all were like and apron and left me unable to see my daughter and left her in the dark. The BabyBond is a nursing cover like no other, it is worn like a sash and provides coverage for mom without covering baby.

I was lucky enough to review the BabyBond Flex which is 100% cotton and has a removable burpcloth. It features a double panel with an opening in the middle to allow for latch on. It also has a matching storage pouch.

      BabyBond comes
in 4 sizes covering XS-Plus and Bra sizes A-E+.
See size chart below.

Mountain Green Review/Giveaway!! Ends 8/17

When I bought my Envibum cloth diapers I was directed to a wonderful company, Mountain Green. They make and sell laundry detergent, dish
detergent and other cleaning supplies. Mountain Green provided me with the Baby laundry and dish detergents to review. I have to say they both worked amazingly well! The entire line of products uses 100% plant-based ingredients, natural essential oils, and mineral/coconut/corn based compounds.

The laundry detergent not only worked great on my cloth diapers but also all my other laundry as well.

Baby Free & Clear Detergent

The detergent is a clear liquid so no chance of any discoloration to your cloths and it is perfume free as well so no skin irritation. Our clothes came out smelling fresh and looking clean and new!

The dish detergent was awesome as well!

Liquid Dish Detergent

I used it in the sink when washing just a few dishes and I also used it in the dishwasher. All my dishes came out with no stuck on food or residue and my glasses were crystal clear and spot free! I have used other popular brands of dishwasher detergent and my glasses have never come out spot free!

I am sold on both of these products and I suggest you give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
